But I was interested in how easy it was to make changes to your own files. Usually I put the files onto my laptop and then open up the PSD file and make a change, then save it and upload it.
You could do the same direct in the program.
For instance, I wanted to change one of my text elements, so I quick-created a new yellow element, copied the text around and pasted it into my original, test text object.
Pretty easy. I think if you want to do anything more complex you need to be able to open up the file to make changes but that wouldn’t bother the average purchaser.
The program is pretty easy to use and nice and simple to navigate from one area to another. There are different layers you can work on one at a time, then combine them together in different orders to come up with the image you want to end up with.
The best feature for me is being able to click a button and have different editing options start up. So you can just click one button and have it do something, then click a button again and another thing start.
But like anything commercial, the program is pricey for what it is.
I think with Photoshop you get what you pay for, and I think with Image Craft 9 you get a lot of this program for little, other than maybe VisualStudio 2015 or Office 365 (professional)
I’m sure many software vendors have spent a ton of time on this program and I think their concern is how to make the most money out of it. Even with the Adobe suite, you can’t buy a layer as a plug-in and you cannot buy text frames anywhere other than the Adobe site.

When you open Photoshop, if you are not signed in to Creative Cloud the interface will default to the “Session” option. Click on the “+” icon in the top right corner to bring up the sign-up, payment and login window. You will need to convert your previous version Creative Cloud plan before you upgrade.
